Did my first visit to a home brew store. My bother wanting me to brew got me a $100 gift certificate to F.H. Steinbart. I found that the gift certificate would get me one of their weekend warrior kits that would allow me to brew my first batch of beer. But as I ask a few more questions I found you still have to bottle the stuff. OK another $40 for stuff to bottle the beer but that does not include the bottles. I would need to come up with about 140 of them. So I walked out empty handed and I am now trying to figure out what to do about the bottle issue. I idea of drinking a 50 bottles of beer so I could refill them with more beer did cross my mind but at 150 to 200 calories per bottle that would blow the diet. To be continued.
